Payment Options

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered. In addition, we require a reservation fee for new clients making an appointment. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. We require the low end of the treatment plan to be paid the morning of the surgical or dental procedure. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
